Life is starting to pick up speed.
But here's the question most people never think to ask:
If something unexpected happened tomorrow, would the people you love be able to carry out your wishes?
Most people in their 20s, 30s, and early 40s assume the answer is "yes." Unfortunately, that's often not the case.
The good news? Finding out is quick - and fixing any gaps is usually much easier than people expect.

"What happens if I'm in an accident and can't make decisions for myself?"
"Who would be able to help with medical or financial matters if something unexpected happens?"
If that sounds like you, this assessment is a great place to start.
It's about making sure your wishes can actually be carried out when the people you love need them most.
A plan only works when three things come together:
The right legal documents
Assets that are properly coordinated
The right people knowing what to do
Our assessment helps you understand how those pieces fit together - and whether you're protected today.

Attorney Tracey Ingle is not your ordinary attorney. Sure, she has all the training and degrees on her wall: a Bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. But there is more to her practice than the mechanics of probate and elder law. What’s unique about Tracey is that she genuinely enjoys helping her clients solve the puzzles that so often accompany estate planning, Medicaid, and probate and trust administration. Tracey’s working philosophy is to start with her expert knowledge of existing legal controls and options, add a good dose of practical application, and then frame a package that directly meets her clients’ goals and objectives.
Estate planning doesn't have to feel like translating an ancient language. We work with young adults to create straightforward, bulletproof legal structures for modern lives - whether you're going off to college, buying or renting a new home, getting married, or starting a family.

Nicole A. Czarnowski became licensed to practice law in 2024, and comes with more than just a fancy piece of paper. She has experience in both probate and estate planning from her time interning at the Bristol County Probate and Family Court and a private estate planning firm. Nicole has the excitement and drive to educate and aid clients in achieving their goals. She found her passion for estate planning and elder law through her family experiences. Her father passed with no notice and no estate plan, which made picking up the pieces of his passing harder for her family. She and her mother had to find ways to navigate their new lives with the added hassle of figuring out what her mother’s house, finances, and new life would be like. Her grandmother faced Medicaid and estate planning issues that provided her family with an almost six-year headache, five of which were spent in probate. When Nicole entered law school, she wanted to ensure that her career was spent helping families avoid the extra pains that come with a loved one’s passing.
No estate plan is a one-size-fits-all and each family has a unique situation that deserves its own unique plan. Through all the fun legal knowledge and truly listening to what you need, Nicole’s mission as an attorney is to ensure that clients feel at ease knowing the more intimate parts of their life are taken seriously and taken care of.

Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Review our most common logistical and legal questions so you know exactly what to expect before we dive in together.
Absolutely. Estate planning isn't just about transferring wealth; it's about decision-making power. It dictates who can make medical or financial decisions for you in an emergency. If you're a legal adult, you need basic directives in place.
We will cover general guidance and the most common scenarios faced by young adults. However, for your privacy and ethical compliance, highly specific or personal legal advice requires a private consultation, which you can schedule afterward.
That makes planning even more crucial. Unmarried partners generally have zero default legal rights in medical emergencies or inheritance. Without a plan, those rights default to your parents or next of kin, regardless of your living situation.

No preparation is necessary. This Q&A session is designed to be an accessible starting point. Just bring a notepad and any questions you've been putting off asking.
